Alchemy is looking for Corporate Counsel to work with our legal and regulatory team as the company scales. This individual is expected to assist with commercial agreements (customer sales agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, etc.), IP, data privacy/data compliance, employment law (in partnership with People Ops), and other typical legal items that SaaS businesses face. They will work with external counsel and are expected to help build our legal strategy and grow the legal team over time.
