Alchemy is actively seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team in New York. As an early member of our talent acquisition efforts, you’ll partner with our recruiters and coordinate high-volume interviews within our fast-paced team. We’re looking for someone that will represent Alchemy to ensure that every candidate has the best possible interview experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the all-important candidate experience from scheduling phone/video calls to handling onsite and virtual interviews
Communicate professionally with our candidates (and internal team!) and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Partner with our recruiters to improve upon existing process and programs and to develop and roll out fun, creative ways to acquire talent
Track all candidates’ onsite experiences and serve as point of contact
Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of scheduling or coordination experience
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
Creativity and is process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
Ability to connect and interact with different types of people
