Block ecosystems Square and Cash App have begun rolling out a feature that will allow eligible Square sellers to automatically convert a portion of their daily sales to bitcoin with Cash App. The rollout of this new Bitcoin Conversions feature began Wednesday (April 24), Block said in an email to PYMNTS.

Block (SQ) has provided its Square merchants with brand-new assistance in converting a portion of their daily sales to Bitcoin. The company that created Cash App, Square, and other services, just revealed a new initiative that lets businesses that use Square's products turn a portion of their daily sales into Bitcoin.
Funds from daily sales can now be used to purchase bitcoin automatically at the end of each day.
Bitcoin Conversions will charge a flat 1% fee to automatically convert a portion of merchant revenues into BTC.
