About the position 📝

As a SEO Content Manager & Writer at MoonPay, you will work closely with our SEO lead and growth team with the goal of driving more qualified organic traffic and conversions to our site. You’ll spend time identifying, orchestrating, optimizing, and producing compelling SEO-friendly quality content that attracts new organic users to our website and drives higher revenue.

What you’ll do 👀

• Collaborate with our SEO lead on content strategy, targeted keywords, and planning to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and traffic growth.
• Create engaging, high-quality, informative, and SEO-friendly content for our website pages, blog articles, and more.
• Incorporate AI and Chat-GPT into our content research, outlines, and writing to increase the speed & quantity of content, and save in cost. Content produced must be of the highest quality and follow Google E-E-A-T’s guidelines to comply with our SEO objectives.
• Regularly edit and optimize existing website content and landing pages to improve search engine rankings, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Conduct frequent content research and analysis to identify new high-potential content ideas, keep up with the latest industry trends, and optimize content accordingly.
• Keep a close eye on competitors & their content strategy, and adapt MoonPay SEO strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Regularly monitor and analyze content performances, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that website content is visually appealing and aligned with SEO best practices. You will also use AI tools (eg: Pencil, MidJourney) to help produce blog images, designs, and other SEO-friendly visual elements.

You Should Apply If ✅

• You have developed SEO content strategies and oversaw content programs that consistently got results, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• You have excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content that gets qualified organic traffic.
• You have in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, and are proficient in using SEO tools such as Surfer SEO, AHREFs, and Google Search Console.
• You use AI as a powerful tool in the SEO and content process, and understand prompts and workflows to get the most out of AI tools.
• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and learn skill gaps as needed to achieve your goals and adapt to any potential challenges.
• You are familiar with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
• You have experience analyzing growth issues/opportunities and implementing recommendations, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: crypto native

Our interview process takes place on Zoom and consists of the following stages:

• Initial screen (20-30 minutes)
• Remote take-home task
• Final interviews (2-3 30 minute interviews with the team, individuals who are likely to be your close colleagues)
