About the Role

We seek a highly organised and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarising progress. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate as needed
• Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and senior management
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk registers
• Ensure project compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Evaluate and assess project performance, and recommend improvements for future projects

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques
