Job Overview

The Ultra Revenue team is looking for a Payment and Fraud Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the best payment experience on Ultra platform (both FIAT and Crypto), in collaboration with Ultra Partners.

Monitoring transactions, participating in performance reviews and account management on the business side. Analysing opportunities, following and updating processes of new partners onboarding.
In this role you will be working closely with Security, Finance and C-level management.

You have a strong interest in gaming and cryptocurrency areas and willingness to work in those fields. You’re interested in the technologies appearing on the market and abilities of making payment or revenue analysis.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English
  • You reside and are allowed to work in Tallinn, Estonia
  • 1-3 years experience working as a payment and fraud specialist in e-commerce or fast-developing stage companies
  • Partner management skills including account/contract/payment management experience
  • Accounting and Finance knowledge and the ability to collaborate with the finance team to work on analysis and costs or revenue-related topics
  • Operational knowledge of payment and fraud topics, experience working on refund and chargeback on 3rd party back offices
  • Analytics knowledge and experience working with data, transaction analysis, and building reports based on the data received
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

It's great (but not necessary) if you also have:

  • Project management experience, ability to lead the project and take responsibility
  • Crypto and gaming knowledge and interest

  • We are operating a very innovative product: you will have to keep aware of new payment /fraud regulations and practices in the crypto world

Your tasks
  • Account management of ongoing worldwide partners and managing new coming partners collaborating with Ultra
  • Monitoring and creating analytics based on the transaction data
  • Operational support including refund and chargeback management
  • In cooperation with the finance team, create payment cost tracking and make tax reconciliation/support transactions
  • Being part of creating business cases to support revenue initiatives
