What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Reporting to the Head of Circle Onramp, you will own a book of business in our Circle Onramp segment. You will jump in head first working with our sales teams, Compliance and our amazing prospects to own the onboarding process for Circle’s highest value prospects.
  • You will help grow our overall book of business by providing your prospects with industry leading, white glove service. You will take the lead in improving our onboarding programs while positively affecting your prospects’ time to value and lifetime value.
  • You will own the coordination between high value prospects and internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, Customer Care and senior leadership, to create information flows that grow relationships and deliver exceptional results.
  • You will be a leader and collaborator within Circle, demonstrating our core values.
  • Most importantly, you will set the foundation for our long-term, successful highest value client relationships based on mutual trust, transparency and partnership.

What you'll work on:

  • Serve as the critical intersection coordinating and delivering Sales, Compliance, Support and Product into an exceptional prospect experience.
  • Drive time to value and lifetime value of high value prospects through operational excellence, white glove relationship management and increased product adoption.
  • Identify process improvements and take the lead in their advocacy and implementation.
  • Build relationships with Circle’s highest value prospects, providing proactive support and empowerment to daily power users, champions and influencers within the account.
  • Become an expert in the value proposition of Circle and USDC, educating prospects on the platform.
  • Be a prospect advocate building 360 degree feedback loops into Product, Engineering, Senior Leadership and other key departments.
  • Build within a nimble, high growth team rather than follow a handbook.
  • Help to build a rocket ship while it is in-flight.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • We’re looking for someone with 2+ years experience as an accomplished Account Manager, Relationship Manager or Customer Care Representative at a high growth B2B SaaS, Fintech or TradFi organization.
  • You have demonstrative success directly managing long-term, commercial relationships with customers ranging from SMEs to the Fortune 500. You are comfortable leading relationships with well-known industry personalities, c-suite executives and owners of SMEs.
  • You have a strong interest in the future of global financial services and a background providing exceptional customer service in one or more of Fintech, Software Sales, Crypto or Traditional Industries.
  • You have experience proactively managing a variety of customer relationships from pre-sale to closing, handling multiple cases at once while not letting things slip between the cracks.
  • You enjoy building at the earliest stages.
  • Crypto enthusiast.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred because of interaction with widespread stakeholders across APAC region
  • Potential for minimal travel to select company and external events
  • Growth oriented mindset, impact- over ego-driven, acts of service are your native inclination, glass half full - challenges translate to opportunity, high EQ-forward social and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You can move at 100mph while still covering details, meeting commitments and leading proactively.
  • Intuitive, pragmatic and curious about all the things!
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS preferred.
