Junior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to provide expansion globally (across EU, US and Asia) in support of the growth of institutional demand in the crypto space.

This role will provide sales support, leverage on relationship development, networking and account management skills to bring in new relationships to Blockchain.com. Successful individuals may be accelerated to step up to be a full account manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in new clients acquisition, develop leads, build and nurture customer relationship with global network from Crypto funds, VC, project teams, asset managers, family office and HNW individuals
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, onboarding, legal team to facilitate and assist clients’ enquiry and KYC matters
• Develop good and deep understanding of crypto market landscape and provide insights to sales and management on market and regulatory development
• Support Front office OTC sales and trading initiatives and events
• Conduct and identify new market segment through analysis competitive landscape, understand client’s needs and behaviour, communication with various department to provide optimal key client solutions

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of prior relevant experience in a similar industry. Candidates who have experience in trading or sales in the financial sector may be considered
• Keen interest in digital asset, passion for growth and development of blockchain technology
• Highly motivated and target driven, strong desire to succeed
• Strong communication skill, ability to hold conversation with different level of clients (including CEOs and CIOs) and be flexible in variety of situations, able to work under pressure
• Ideally able to converse fluently and write a second language
• Basic Understanding of derivatives and trading
• Able to work independently, a team player and good communication skills
