You will be responsible for reporting, budgeting, transaction processing, and financial analysis for a Venture Studio and setting-up accounting, reporting, and control processes for new Corporate Ventures that are developed within the Studio.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable in an environment with significant ambiguity and adept at managing change in setting up an accounting and finance function in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. This will be a hands-on role with the successful candidate expected to take over additional responsibilities as required by company needs.

Our goal with Further is to act as the ideal co-founder, taking care of seed capital, handling regulatory matters, and providing our collective expertise to maximize the chances of our ventures becoming leaders in their respective categories. As part of our arrangement, we also receive common stock in the company.
