About the role

We are looking for a Digital Asset Consultant to work with our team on delivering the product vision and roadmap to a new venture in the tokenization space.

Responsibilities include

• Assess UAE and MENA market appetite for tokenized real-world assets, analyzing different asset classes, and detailing overall setup requirements, the stakeholder landscape, and market dynamics
• Analyze systematically and technically the requirements to build a tokenization platform that is blockchain agnostic
• Model and calculate token financials, sensitivity, transaction amounts, supply, etc
• Create a model that can monitor supply and breeding systems based on key metrics to measure the demand of players joining the game
• Research various token economies to iterate upon our current plans based on a solid understanding of tokenomics
• Support the successful implementation of the token economy, assisting with the creation, issuing, staking, etc.
• Work with legal advisors to map the applicable regulatory legislations and licensing requirements
• Conduct a high-level benchmark of tokenization platforms globally and highlight key insights for the tokenization venture

Requirements and qualifications

• Extensive experience and knowledge in Web3, including an understanding of the latest business models, smart contracts, tokens, blockchains, cryptocurrency, and global regulatory frameworks
• Firm understanding of metadata and taxonomy applications and best practices for system navigation, content search, and retrieval
• Good research knowledge in blockchain theories & applications as well as a general understanding of the tokenization of physical goods, real estate, or green energy (e.g., carbon credits)
• Established track record in Digital Asset analytics, with the ability to conduct a thorough analysis and build detailed financial and risk models for digital asset-specific applications
• Extensive experience with tokens, including creation, minting, yield farming, issuing, burning, and staking, as well as creating economic systems and models and testing them using software
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build good customer relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and technical team members
• A motivated, driven, and self-starter attitude with a passion for translating ideas/concepts into an executable plan, and bringing a product vision to market
