The Role

As a UX Product Manager at Casa, you will be responsible for product development, experience design, data analysis, and execution to make our hearts sing. Weâ€™re looking for someone to complement our team of designers and product managers with a strong user experience background, a grounding in effective research practices, and the know-how of managing a roadmap and execution thereof, working seamlessly across the organization.

People trust you; you understand that revenue growth and user experience are not enemies. You will help drive a people-centered product iteration process.

This position is 100% remote and reports to our VP of Product & Design.

The salary range for this role is: $143,000 - $175,000

What youâ€™ll do:

Be joined at the hip with product, design, and engineering. These people are your #1. Thereâ€™s no us vs. them, no silos, no waterfalls
Bring product vision and strategy to groups across the organization. Make them wonder what they ever did without you
Own the development and prioritization of your product roadmap, working closely with cross-teams and the VP Product & Design to execute on the larger product strategy of the company
In addition to your roadmap, be responsible for deliverables related to product strategy, competitive analysis, user research, data analysis, content strategy, etc.
Be an expert on our customers (internal and external), the business and the brand
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities to design new features and optimize existing ones
Understand the balance of data analysis, testing, & instinct to move quickly and make smart decisions
Have superb experience design instincts. You can sketch with the best of them

About you:

6+ years experience in product management and experience design
Your communication skills and social awareness are exceptional. Youâ€™re thoughtful
You recognize the value and necessity of solving problems with people from all walks of life to create the best solutions. For you, diversity isnâ€™t just a buzzword or challenge, but rather an opportunity to drive creativity, collaboration and innovation
No task is â€œtoo small.â€ You understand the value of details in product, data, strategy & design
Over-enthusiasm for blank whiteboards (digital or real life)
You know that brainstorming is a skill and â€œsimpleâ€ is very challenging
You are happy to play in a sandbox of data analytics
You have an opinion on whether used paper towels on the floor by the restroom door are the fault of patrons or the facilities manager
