Job Description

Playground Labs is seeking an Account Manager to work closely with the Head of Partnerships and the Kapital DAO to provide post-partnership support for the Kapital DAO’s various partners. Those who are experienced with relationship management, customer success, and community management are encouraged to apply. Those who are excited about web3 and metaverse opportunities (including web3 gaming), and possess a desire to contribute to a smart, nimble team will excel in this role.

Playground Labs' Account Manager will primarily manage partner-facing channels and provide support to the Kapital DAO’s partners and answer or escalate questions from the community. There will also be opportunities to support the execution of co-marketed events and other collaborations with partnered web3 games, organizations, and ecosystem partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Take inquiries and requests from partners and their community and address their needs or escalate to the appropriate channels
• Stay on top of key partner accounts and ensure they are receiving the proper support
• Support teams such as the engineering team and the partnerships team in executing partnership deals and supporting technical integration
• Identify strategic opportunities for Playground Labs and the Kapital DAO to better support partners and expand the functionalities of the protocol

Required

• Fluency in business-level English
• Strong proficiency in using Discord, Twitter, and other social media channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Comfort with leveraging our existing community members to support execution
• Strong listening skills and a drive to understand partners’ needs
• Honesty and integrity are a must
• Initiative and bias for self-motivation, early action, on-time delivery, and overall operational excellence
• Intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset

Preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
• Experience with the technical elements of web3 and gaming
• Proven track record of receiving positive customer feedback

Compensation
